A dependable partner
for grain spirit supply
Three commitments that hold on every batch — from the feedstock we choose to what we do with what is left.
- [01]
Grain, not molasses
Corn or broken rice decides how clean a neutral spirit can be — we start with the feedstock that gives us the most to work with.
- [02]
One standard, every batch
Extra neutral by design, to the same specification every run.
- [03]
Nothing wasted
Spent grain becomes DDGS feed and CO₂ is captured as liquid CO₂ and dry ice; steam and power are generated on site.
Every grade of grain spirit,
and what comes with it
What the distillery makes — primary grades for beverage, industrial, denatured, perfumery and food applications, and the three co-products of a grain distillery, each with its own page.
Extra Neutral Alcohol
Grain-based — beverage, food, denatured and perfumery grades.
Grain Neutral Spirit
Grain-based ENA by its other name — blend-ready for spirit brands and master blenders.
Ethanol
Fuel, anhydrous and industrial grades.
DDGS
Dried distillers grains with solubles — high-protein animal feed.
Liquid CO₂
Food & beverage grade carbon dioxide, captured from fermentation.
Dry ice
Industrial dry ice for cooling and cold-chain transport. Not for consumption.

From grain to neutral spirit,
in five controlled stages
Five controlled stages, one specification. Select a stage to see what happens — and why it matters for a neutral spirit.

Corn or broken rice
Each lot of corn or broken rice is checked on arrival, then cleaned and milled to a consistent grind.
Why grain
Grain starch ferments cleanly, so the spirit starts with fewer impurities to remove later.
Milled on site
Milling on site keeps the grind — and so the cook and the fermentation — the same from run to run.
Liquefied, then fermented
Milled grain is liquefied and fermented into a wash — temperature, time and yeast held to the same recipe every run.
Discipline, not flavour
In a neutral spirit the job of fermentation is consistency; what a whisky distiller cultivates, we keep out.
Process technology by Praj
Fermentation and distillation plant engineered and supplied by Praj Industries.
Spirit from the wash
The fermented wash is distilled to separate alcohol from water and solids; what remains goes on to become DDGS.
Multi-pressure, by design
Six columns run in sequence at different pressures, each taking out a different group of impurities.
Heat put back to work
Running the columns at different pressures lets the heat of one drive the next.
Concentrated and cleaned
The spirit is rectified — redistilled to raise its strength and strip out the remaining heads and fusel oils.
Extra neutral
Extractive distillation and a final simmering column take out what is left of odour and flavour, so blenders start from a clean base.
Checked before it moves on
Each batch is tested against the specification before it leaves rectification.
Ready for blending
The result is grain-based ENA — colourless, odourless and to one specification, ready for spirit brands and blenders.
Or anhydrous ethanol
In ethanol mode, the plant dehydrates the spirit through molecular sieves into anhydrous ethanol for fuel and industrial use.
Stored and dispatched
Spirit is held in dedicated receiver and bulk storage tanks, then dispatched by tanker across India.
